Deregistration in Försäkringskassan and the E104 certificate

registrated in Försäkringskassan (original title)

Good day,
I’m not sure if I’m registrated in Försäkringskassan. How could I find it out?
Also, I would really appreciate if I could get E104 form. I was working for 7 months, but I am from Lithuania, so I only had a temporary personnr. So the problem is that I need to get E104 for social insurance.

May you somehow help me please?
Best regards, Ignas

  • Hello Ignas,

There are two ways of receiving certificate E104 depending on your situation:
    • if you are not registered, please send in the form 5456 with a copy of your employment contract that you had from the employment in Sweden and the form 5459. In the form 5459, write in question number 10 that you would like to receive certificate E104 because it is required by Lithuania.
The form 5456 is available here in English and the form 5459 is available here in Swedish.
    • if you are registered, it is enough that you send us the form 5459 and you explain your request in the question number 10.
Since you do not know if you are registered in Försäkringskassan or not, you can contact our Customer Centre for private individuals on the telephone number 0771-524 524 (and press 8 to get connected to the English line) and present your situation to a case officer.

Opening hours of Customer Centre: Mon-Fri: 8:00-16.00, Sat-Sun closed.

    Best regards,
  • Hello, I worked in Sweden one year. Now back to my country Litauen and not working Sweden anymore and not come back. So, I need to get E106 form, how can I get it? Please help, thanks.
  • Hello Gintare,
    thank you for your post.
If you have already sent in the form 5459 and did not inform us that you need the certificate E104, you need to call our Customer Centre at 0771 - 524 524 (press #8 for English).
    Kind regards,
