Regarding annual income

Hi,

My annual income includes below parts: monthly fixed salary, monthly allowance(fixed), annual allowance (fixed),annual bonus(flexible, 1.2-2 monthly fixed salary).
When filling in my annual income, which parts above shall be included? Many thanks!

    thank you for your post.
    When you apply for a benefit, you state your income in your application and that income should consist of "the yearly income of money that the insured person is assumed to earn for his/her own job until further notice". We will also send out a request for your employer to verify the amount of your salary and working hours that you have stated in your application.
