If applying for Personal Nr is it possible to take 1 year Parental Leave abroad in EU or Switzerland

Hi

I am Swiss and work in Sweden since 1.5 years.
Since about 5 months I got an unlimited contract, which allowed me to apply for a personal number, where I am still in the loop.
Currently I have a coordination Nr.
My girlfriend lives in Switzerland and is self employed.

We are expecting a child this spring.
I read that you are entitled for parental leave if u worked more than a year.
Am I entitled for parental leave?
How relevant is if I got my personal number?

The parental leave in Sweden is 480 days, my girlfriend will take three months of parental leave in CH and I am intending of taking the rest.
And we are thinking of taking the parental leave together in Switzerland.
How long am I allowed to stay in Switzerland and receive parental leave?
