forsakring kassan could not verifymy bank account

hi there,

i received a letter stating that the bank account i have could not be verified and i have checked eith the bank, the bank says the account belongs to me. how do i resolve this as i am exxpecting a sjukpenning payment and it is not coming in because of this issue
