I sent my application for december 1-31, 2017 allowance which was confirmed by your office via my email last January 2, 2018 with the assurance that my ersättning will be posted in my account after 14 days usually. Unfortunately no money yet has been set in my bank account until now.

    If you applied no later than the 7th of the month and your application is complete, you will receive your money on the 26th of the same month, in this case 26th of January. We will contact you if we need more information for your application or must investigate something. You can see all of your disbursements by logging in to My pages (Mina sidor).
