10-day parental benefit is registered but the money not recieved

I have applied for 10 days parental benefit and I can see my application being recieved in My Pages. But I havent recieved the amount yet. I tried to call customer care many times , but the call is but saying it was busy. How should I proceed?

    You can only check the current status of you application by calling our Customer Support on 0771 524 524 (press 8 to get to English line).

    Please be advised that after we receive your application, we still have 30 days processing time for your case. This means that if you send us application, you might still not be receiving any money simply because we continue working on your case.

    Otherwise, you can check if you have any upcoming payments on Mina Sidor.
